Gentle Hatha

Gentle Hatha incorporates traditional Hatha postures with somatic movements, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. The practice aims to soothe and regulate the nervous system, reduce physical tension in the body, and bring more ease to the breath and mind.

Hatha Flow

Active practice that includes spine movements, sitting, standing, balancing, and lying down postures (on the back and abdomen). Modifications are offered. The practice aims to cultivate strength and determination while being mindful of the physical body, breath, and mind.

Yin

Slow-paced, meditative practice where poses are held for extended periods, typically 3-10 minutes or longer, to target deep connective tissues. The focus is on releasing tension, improving flexibility, and promoting a deeper sense of relaxation and well-being.
